Eight members of Green Fields' inaugural high school track team qualified in sixteen events to compete in the state track meet in Mesa, Arizona next week. Qualifying in the Regional meet at Benson High School on Wednesday, April 30 were Jason Spector in discus, shot put, 100m & high jump; Jessica Van Zijll in high jump & 100m; Delaney Gould in discus, long jump & shot put; Mariah Chapin in long jump & discus; Kevin Cavender in discus; Thomas Massarany in 110m high hurdles; Leon Wells in long jump & discus and Neil McGinnis in 100m.
