16 years in counseling and test preparation, 5 of them at Green Fields

My journey to Green Fields started after college when I backpacked across Europe before relocating to Tucson for graduate school. Upon earning a doctorate from UIUC, I taught college courses in communications, media, and gender studies before entering into private practice as an educational consultant. I currently assist Green Fields students as they plan their post-secondary experience by assessing their academic abilities, their social needs, and their career aspirations to determine which colleges provide the best fit. This individualized, strategic approach provides our students with a competitive edge, given that the average public high school counselor to student ratio is about 500 to 1.
