Outside of a dog, a book is man’s best friend. Inside of a dog, it’s too dark to read.

B.S. Mathematics, Grand Canyon University

M.Ed. Mathematics, University of Arizona

I've been teaching Mathematics for 37 years (25 of those year have been here at Green Fields!). I started teaching in Winslow, Arizona and after six years decided to go back to school to get my master’s degree. Following the completion of my master's program, I joined the adjunct faculty at the University of Arizona.  I made the career choice to move from public to private education and have been teaching math at Green Fields ever since! I have taught all levels of math from seventh through twelfth grade, but I especially love teaching Algebra. I believe graphing calculators are the greatest thing since sliced bread!

I am the proud grandfather of two adorable grandkids, and when I am not doting on them, I can be found walking our dog or reading novels by Clive Cussler. I also love college football, Mexican food and my beautiful wife Lynnette, but not necessarily in that order.
