Employment Non-Discrimination Policy

Green Fields School is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. Employees may report a breach of GF’s nondiscrimination policy to any school administrator. GF does not punish employees for reporting discrimination, participating in discrimination investigations, or for opposing discrimination. GF protects, to the greatest extent possible, the confidentiality of employees who report discrimination. The administrator(s) receiving such report shall ensure that an appropriate; unbiased; prompt response, including an effective corrective-preventive plan, is rendered by the appropriate individual(s).

Student Non-Discrimination Policy

Green Fields School and Accelerated Elementary and Secondary Schools do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation in administration of its educational policies, scholarships, loans, tuition remission, fee waivers, educational programs, athletics, extracurricular activities, or employment.

  1. By November 30 of each school year, private schools must report the following to the health department and the department of health services on forms provided: 1) the number of pupils immunized/or who have submitted laboratory evidence of immunity; 2) the number of students with incomplete immunization; and 3) the number of students exempt from immunization. Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. §15-874 D.
  2. Parents enrolling students in private schools must file an affidavit with the county superintendent stating that the student is attending a school for the full time that the schools in the school district are in session, and the name and address of the school that the child is attending. Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. §15-802B.2. See attached form.
  3. The administrative officer of a nonpublic school shall place and maintain signs identifying the school and its grounds as a drug-free school zone.
